Water intrusion inspections look for defects in building exterior elements, such as the roof, siding, windows and doors, exterior grading.  PBI specializes in calibrated spray-rack water testing and thermal imaging to help locate the source of exterior leaks in a measured, precise way.

We provide thorough, written reports detailing our findings with recommendations to repair the problem.  We are an independent, third party inspection company so we do testing and reporting only.  PBI does not sell repairs so we have no conflict of interest.
